This resource is a last in a series of modules on statistical data analysis. The module covers different forms of ecological diversity indices - and understanding the derivation, interpretation and applications of different commonly used statistical indices for quantifying diversity. It offer practical exercises through R that are built-in in the course. The course was developed by Sam Dumble for postgraduate students at the Lancaster University .
