This is a recording of a webinar given by Stats4SD.  Alex Riba and Carlos Barahona discuss the topic of preparing a strategy for data analysis, including the idea of starting with your final report, and working backwards to determine the other parts of your project. In the second half, Alex presents a case study - an analysis plan developed at the start of a previous project, which clearly defines what information products are required for the final output. This webinar was hosted by WorldFish for the Gender & Breeding Postdoctoral Fellow Initiative. It was funded by the CGIAR.
