This collection of resources covers a wide range of topics relating to digital data collection. These were originally developed for the CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems (CRP-DS) in 2015. In the videos, we interviewed a small team of data managers and statisticians, who reflect on their real-world experience of designing, building and using digital data forms to collect data across many projects, including for research and monitoring and evaluation purposes. The overall message is that digital tools for data collection are extremely powerful, but moving to use them instead of paper will (and should!) change the way you approach a collection project.
