This collection contains each of the individual modules of our Introduction to R and RStudio courseThis course is for anyone to use, though it is designed to be particularly useful to beginners as we start with the fundamentals. If you do have more R experience you are free to skip to sections you are less comfortable with. No prior knowledge of R is assumed in order to start this course from the beginning. Though the examples are focused on agricultural research, the skills taught are relevant for everyone.This self taught course contains an array of modules covering many topics within R and RStudio.Topics included in this course cover:Data visualisation with ggplot2Data manipulation with dplyrStatistical analysis including hypothesis testing, linear and logistic regression modellingData management including data shapes, data cleaning and relational data.Working with RStudioThis course is delivered through a series of interactive workbooks containing code boxes, allowing you to practice writing code as you go. Exercises are included to provide an extra test. We have recorded videos to help guide you through the material.
